🎮 Level Up! OTE Fall Carnival
It’s almost time to Level Up! at the OTE Fall Carnival! 🎮 Join us from 2:00–5:00 pm for an afternoon of games, treats, and community fun. Didn’t pre-order? No problem—wristbands and tickets will be available for purchase at the main entrance when you arrive. We can’t wait to celebrate with our Cougar community—get ready to play, explore, and LEVEL UP! ✨
We need helping hands for games, inflatables, and concessions—and every hour makes a difference! Parents, older siblings, and students (5th grade and up) are welcome, and volunteers can earn official service hours.
Wristbands and Admission
Every person attending needs a wristband: students, siblings, parents, and guests.
Pre-Orders: Wristbands were sent home this week in Carnival Swag Bags.
At the Door: Purchase wristbands inside the Main Entrance on carnival day.
Prices at the Door:

Player One Pack (OTE Students only) – $25
Includes wristband + 3 XP Tickets. Shirt not included with at-door purchase. -
Guest Gamer Band – $5
For elementary students visiting from another school. Wristband only. -
Littler Gamer Band (ages 2–Pre-K) – $5
Includes access to all attractions plus an age-appropriate playground. -
Sidekick Band (Family Members) – Free
Required for adults, middle schoolers, and high schoolers. Children under 2 do not need a band. -
XP Tickets (Activity Tickets) – $5 for 2 / $10 for 5
Required for 3 special attractions. Each Player One Pack comes with 3 included. -

Pre-Order Perk: Warp Zone Fast Pass
Families who pre-ordered can skip the main entrance and head straight to the Warp Zone Entrance (gym doors south of the main entrance).
- Everyone must be wearing the wristbands from your pre-order envelope.
- Additional Sidekick (Family) wristbands can be picked up free at the Main Entrance.

Swag Bags
Every pre-ordered Player One Pack (OTE Student Pack) included a Swag Bag with an exclusive Level Up! T-shirt.
Family Envelopes:
- One envelope per family (in the oldest child’s bag)
- Contains all wristbands, meal tickets, and activity tickets
Wristbands are color-coded:
- Teal = OTE Student
- Orange = Family (Adults/Older Siblings)
- Yellow = Guest Gamer
- Pink = Little Gamer (Preschool)
XP Activity Tickets:
- Each OTE Student Wristband has 3 printed treasure chests that can be used as XP Activity Tickets.
- Extra tickets (if ordered) are in your envelope (orange tickets).
- PTO Members also receive a bonus Activity Ticket.
Raffle Prizes
Raffle tickets available during the carnival:
- $5 for 1 ticket
- $20 for 5 tickets
- Drawing at 4:30 pm (announced by the DJ, no need to be present to win)
