5th Grade Celebration

 

Each year, the 5th grade students raise 100% of the money needed to support the cost of their year-end celebration event. This year's celebration will be at OTE on Friday, May 14th to celebrate the end of their Elementary experience. In lieu of selling a product, this "no sale" fundraiser collects in-kind donations and sponsorships to achieve our fundraising goal. The 5th Grade fundraising goal is $3,500. By achieving this goal, all 5th grade student's expenses will be covered. 

 

***If this fundraising goal is achieved, we will be able to provide a DJ, lunch, Kona Ice, photo booth, yard games, year-end slideshow, 5th grade keepsake, and an epic foam party. 

 

If we surpass the $3,500 goal, a gift will be given to OTE in honor of the 2027 graduating class. 

 

Any donation is appreciated. Friends, family members and businesses may make contributions, simply send the link to this page for participation.

The fundraiser runs from October 5 - 25th.

The Single ($35): A Single donation will cover ONE student's celebration expenses

 

The Double ($70): A Double donation will cover TWO student's celebration expenses and includes the following perk: 

  • 5th grade graduation yard sign or window cling to be delivered in the Spring

The Major ($200): A Major business or family sponsorship will cover 5-6 student's celebration expenses and includes the following perks: 

  • 5th grade graduation yard sign or window cling to be delivered in the Spring 
  • Business logo or family name included on 5th grade celebration banner
  • A highlight in our Sponsor Feature Flyer sent home with all 5th grade students 

The Mega ($500): A Mega business or family sponsorship will cover half of one class's celebration expenses and includes the following perks: 

  • 5th grade graduation yard sign or window cling to be delivered in the Spring 
  • Business logo or family name included on 5th grade celebration banner
  • A highlight in our sponsor feature flyer sent home with all 5th grade students 
  • A sponsor feature on the OTE PTO Facebook page leading up to the 5th grade celebration 
  • Business logo of Family name featured on the PTO website home page leading up to the celebration
