1. Pre-Order OTE Student Carnival Packs
Pre-ordering Student Carnival Packs saves you money and allows you to use the Fast Pass entrance the night of the carnival!
- Pre-Order Pricing (due September 4th): $20 OTE Students; Pricing at Carnival: $25 OTE Students
- Includes: 1 Student Wristband, 1 Swag Bag, 1 T-Shirt, 3 Marquee Activity Tickets
- Carnival Packs are only for current OTE Students.
- Carnival Pack Pre-Order Form will ask for each student’s preferred t-shirt size. T-shirts are pre-ordered in bulk over the summer and sizes are allocated in the order Carnival Packs are purchased. We will do our best to provide your student with their preferred t-shirt size but it is not guaranteed.
2. Pre-Order Free Family Wristbands (New this year!)
Family members accompanying OTE Students are free to attend the carnival at no cost, but must order and wear a wristband to enter. This includes adults, high school/middle school students, and preschool children. Children under the age of 2 do not need a wristband.
When pre-ordering your family wristbands, please list the names of each individual attending. Family Wristbands will also be available at no cost at the Carnival Entrance. Young children (4 & Under) will have access to their own area with age-appropriate inflatables.
3. Pre-Order Meal Tickets for Each Person Who Plans to Eat
Meal tickets can be purchased for $8/person and one meal ticket includes two slices of pizza and choice of soda/water. Pre-purchasing a food ticket is highly recommended, as we come prepared with the amount of food that has been pre-purchased. Pizza will be sold a la carte the night of the carnival.
4. Support-a-Cougar with a Carnival Pack!
Support-A-Cougar works in conjunction with the school counselor to ensure that all OTE students have an opportunity to attend the carnival. Purchase of a Support-a-Cougar Carnival Pack ($25) allows for a student, who otherwise may not be able, to attend the carnival; purchase provides 1 Student Wristband, 1 Swag Bag, 1 T-shirt, 1 Meal Ticket and 3 Activity Tickets for one OTE student.
5. Purchase Additional Activity Tickets
Three of the carnival activities will require an Activity Ticket to participate. Each OTE Student Carnival Pack includes three Activity Tickets. Students may use these three Activity Ticket however they would like. For example, a Student may use all three at one activity or they may choose to use one at each of the three ticketed activities.
Families may purchase additional Activity Tickets if desired. Activity Tickets are not required to have fun at the Carnival! The majority of activities including Inflatables, Face Painting, Photo Booth, etc, do NOT require an Activity Ticket.
