The OTE Yearbook captures the memories of the school year — classroom moments, special events, celebrations, and the everyday fun that makes OTE such a special place.

How to Order a Yearbook

Yearbooks are only available for purchase through our PTO website.

  1. Log in to your PTO account at otepto.org
  2. Go to the Yearbook sales form.
  3. Use the form to place a yearbook order for each student. Change the "QTY" dropdown to 1 for each student you would like to purchase a yearbook. If you do not see your student's name listed below, please add your student to the free online directory.
  4. Add it to your cart and complete checkout.

Ordering early is recommended so you do not miss the order window.

How to Upload Photos for the Yearbook

Parent photo submissions help us create a yearbook that reflects the full OTE experience. If you have photos from school events, classroom parties, field trips, spirit days, clubs, or other school-related activities, we would love for you to share them.

 

To upload photos:

  1. Click the yearbook photo upload link
  2. Select the correct grade or event folder
  3. Upload your photos

Helpful photo tips:

  • Upload clear, high-resolution photos
  • Include both candid and group shots
  • Try to include multiple students when possible
  • Avoid blurry or heavily filtered images

Uploading photos does not guarantee they will appear in the yearbook. The yearbook team reviews all submissions and selects photos based on quality, space, and overall coverage of the school year.

How to Check if You Already Ordered

Not sure whether you already purchased a yearbook? You can check your order history in your PTO account.

 

  1. Log in to your PTO account at otepto.org
  2. Click your name or previous orders in the top navigation.
  3. Select Orders
  4. Look for OTE Yearbook in your Previous Orders.

If you see the yearbook listed in your order history, you are all set.

Yearbook Distribution

Yearbooks are distributed to students at school near the end of the school year.

If you purchased a yearbook, it will be sent home with your student.
